Return & Exchange Policy
At HI STYLE, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
🔄 Return Conditions
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags/labels and receipt must be included.
Returns are only allowed once per order number.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
HI STYLE will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
🔁 Exchange Options
1. Change of Size or Colour
You may exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
2. Change to a Different Item
If your preferred size/colour is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal or higher value (with top-up if applicable).
3. Exchange at Offline Store
In-store exchanges are allowed for normal-priced items only.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable
Sale or promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Undergarments, Trunks / Boxer Shorts & Socks due to hygiene reasons.
No cash refunds for regular returns (only for defective items).
🛠️ Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
We will offer a refund via cash, store voucher, or product exchange, depending on your preference.
HI STYLE will bear all shipping costs for defective item returns.
